Cancellation / Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please let us know in writing within 2 working days prior to the conference to confirm this. Should substitution not be possible, you may send your information to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Written requests received for cancellations on or before April 30, 2015 will be subject to a fee of $25.
2. No refund will be made for a cancellation request received after April 30, 2015 or for No Shows.
